SportTech / Social Media / Mobile Apps

Bike documentation

Specs, components, photos and change history in one place.

Service

Service log and reminders for those who care about their gear.

Community

Public profiles, feed, likes, comments and following users.

Public links

Bikes and profiles can be shared outside the app via web links.

Cyclists don't have one place for their gear, service and identity.

Strava focuses on activities, Instagram on photos, and service apps only on a slice of the problem. There's no product that treats a bike as an object of passion, collection and ownership history.

BikeDo combines a bike card, service log and a social layer.

Users can document specs and components, keep change history, add photos, follow profiles, publish bikes and share them publicly via unique links.

We target N+1 enthusiasts, conscious users and aspiring collectors.

BikeDo is built from day one as a multilingual product, ready to grow in markets with active gravel, MTB, road, e-bike and premium communities.

We're growing a freemium model, but we're also validating industry partnerships.

Alongside the Pro version, we're exploring affiliation, sponsored formats and partnerships with brands, shops and bike service providers to pick the most scalable funding model.

BikeDo is at the working MVP stage. Core features are available, and the next stages cover community growth, UX polish and choosing the best monetisation model.

Working MVP on iOS and Android.
Public web layer for bikes and profiles.
Multilingual foundation in place.
Q2 2026: acquiring first users and growing the community.
Q3-Q4 2026: validating and rolling out the monetisation model.

Iza, Błażej and Mateusz are building BikeDo as a three-person family team.

We combine experience in digital products, marketing and education.

The product was born out of our own need and real roots in the cycling community.
